With over $80 million in commercial and storage facilities built across Western Canada, we are set to expand with an additional $33.5 million in projects across North America in the next three years.

Biography
With over 24 years of experience in commercial real estate and condominium management, Colin Ewanchyshyn has become a trusted figure in the world of property investment. His journey began in 1999 when he and his wife acquired three successful pharmacy businesses in Stony Plain, Alberta, which introduced him to investing, commercial real estate and property management.
In 2002, Colin purchased his first commercial condominium unit, which he self-managed, laying the groundwork for his real estate expertise. Over the next decade, he expanded his portfolio by buying and selling various commercial properties, working closely with condominium boards, and personally overseeing all aspects of property maintenance. This hands-on approach built his reputation for operational excellence and consistent returns.
Recognizing the growing potential in real estate investment, Colin obtained his residential, rural, and commercial real estate licenses in 2014, followed by his property management license in 2016 and his broker’s license in 2020. His passion for the industry culminated in the creation of EPC Property Management Inc. in 2021, which manages multiple condominium plans, including large-scale commercial developments.
One of Colin’s standout successes has been his venture into storage development. As a developer-owner with Boys With Toys Storage, Colin spearheaded the creation of over 500 units across North America, including 300+ units in Sicamous, BC, and another 212 in Parkland County, AB. These heated, enclosed storage units have attracted significant investor interest due to their high demand and stable cash flow, highlighting Colin’s foresight in identifying lucrative investment opportunities.
In addition to his development projects, Colin serves as a consultant to developers, providing expertise in crafting effective condominium bylaws, budgets, and overseeing tenant build-outs. His advisory role has been instrumental in ensuring smooth project execution and investor satisfaction.
Currently, Colin is an Associate Broker with REMAX Excellence Commercial in Edmonton, Alberta, and serves as the broker for EPC Property Management Inc. His focus on high-net-worth client portfolios, strategic investments, leasing, and business sales has positioned him as a key player in the Alberta real estate market. In 2022, Brandon advanced to President of 4Vengeance Media, an expansion of Silent Ice. In May 2024, Brandon transitioned to his family’s real estate business, taking on the role of Vice President of Marketing and Development at Boys With Toys Storage.
